Extremely rude salesperson at the store. She was deliberately being difficult and other staff members appeared uncomfortable. Maybe she was the manager?At the time there was a promotion for free delivery on all mattress purchases on the Snooze website but she refused to apply free delivery on my purchase.I ended up walking out and calling another snooze store. They were helpful and actually offered a decreased price as well as the free delivery.Good products but I’d recommend any other store. Picking a mattress takes time so go somewhere you will feel comfortable.

Julia from Snooze Artarmon was super lovely to deal with! I only called to enquire about a bed but she went above and beyond to assist without my requests. So a massive thank you for your great customer service !

I’ve had a terrible experience with snooze and their ability to help a customer work through issues. I purchased a bed and had it for less than 10 months before it broke and became unusable. After attempting to resolve the issue with snooze for weeks I was only moved around in circles and no progress had been made. I asked for a refund to which I am entitled under the beds warranty but they refused and accused me of mis-using the bed and would only offer a replacement part that would take almost a month to be delivered. Fair to say I will never be taking my money to snooze ever again and I encourage anyone to highly reconsider if they are looking to purchase a bed from snooze.

In-store experience was good, though had to wait for 2+ months for the Mattress and Frame to arrive. I would HIGHLY recommend to assemble the frame by yourself its very easy. Its not worth getting their delivery team to assemble for you as they wouldn’t put as much care as you would have after paying so much $$!

The in store experience was great. Nicholas helped us with all our queries and accommodated all the requests we had. The bed frame I purchased was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and within the timeframe that the team initially estimated. Although the team recommended purchasing the assembly services but I decided to assemble by myself. The assembly process was quite simple and the instructions were clear. Glad I didn't spend $220 on a simple assembly job.

I took my grandparents in-law into Snooze the other day and we were veryimpressed. After looking at the website sales and phoning in prior, JULIA was highly professional and helped answer all of our questions. She made the experience enjoyable and gave us truth in her responses. Barry was fantastic and helpful as was his female colleague today, both carry a wealth of knowledge with mattresses and mattress protection !

Purchased a bed and base from this store. We had a minor issue with our order, due to a misunderstanding (we’re all human), and the franchisee Andrew was absolutely wonderful in resolving this for us promptly. As a customer, I felt he put my experience at the centre of his focus, and subsequently what could have been a frustration was turned into a very positive experience and I’d now advocate for this store. In the world of retail, owners who show a genuine care for their customers are sadly not in as plentiful supply as they should be, and thus those that exist deserve to be called out and supported. Recommend you give these guys your business!

The salesperson was quite presumptuous and condescending. Walked out and will never set foot into this store again.
