I took my car to have a panel replaced and it required other repair work as well. I was blown away by the outstanding job that was done in a short amount of time. Paul was very professional and helpful whenever I spoke with him. What a bonus to have my car detailed inside and out. It looks brand news. I was relieved that I was provided with a courtesy car as well. I was very happy with the excellent service and the outcome and I would highly recommend them to any one. I Couldn’t be happier with the results from the guys at Preferred Smash Repairs! Amazing and friendly service, detailed repair work and left with my car looking brand new!! They even provided me with an additional $50 voucher to go towards fuel due to a minor part delay and washed, cleaned and vacuumed my car free of charge. Highly recommend Preferred Smash Repairs. They went above and beyond to assist me not to have my daughters car written off. Which was repairable in the right hands. The insurance company would not meet my request even after 30 years of making no claims. Paul and the team were happy to provide the right advice and provide a quote that was very reasonable to ensure the car did not qualify as a write off.
