Spray painted flowers, beware - spent four hours cleaning my kitchen counter due to huge pink stains. This happened in a matter of seconds of the flowers merely touching the countertop. Some on carpet which will also never come out. My fingers are still stained! Guess they fooled me with it...

Amazing staff and very reasonable prices. I made my own Wedding flowers and found them very helpful! They don't over charge (unlike other places) just because it's for a Wedding. My flower crown was simply beautiful and received so many compliments on the day. If you are thinking of buying flowers in bulk, talk to them and they will be able to help you!

When for an urgent and quick buy 15 min bf close time and the girl working there was so so rude! Not help whatsoever I pointed I would be quick she just turn around ignoring me!

My go to place for guaranteed beautiful flowers and service. Flowers are nicely assembled that last long with reasonable pricing. Vy/Vi in particular is very sweet, helpful and skilled in what she does, she caters to the requests as best she can whilst smiling. Always happy to purchase big beautiful bouquets from here.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered a corsage for a year 12 formal. It cost $45. When I picked it up, the flowers looked old and the leaves were about to fall apart. The lady wasn't rude but for $45 I expected something a bit prettier. I wouldn't order from here again and don't recommend this place.

OLD WILTED FLOWERS that dont even last a day! And no accountability, blamed me for dropping the flowers?! Don't waste your money. ZERO STARS if i could.

I went there to but flowers for my wedding. they helped so much transform my idea into reality.. I was extremely last minute and they had everything I needed plus more. thank you for amazing work

Wow. I literally never have many bad reviews to write but this one takes the cake. I was looking for some lovely flowers to buy for my friends birthday and asked the young Asian female girl behind the counter for assistance. She was terribly dead pan and said her florist had gone home. I then went around and asked her whether she had any recommendations. Again, completely dead pan and showed me the flowers. I then asked if I could buy two bunches and put them together. In the RUDEST tone her face scrunched up and she said “LIKE I said there is no mixing no cutting out florist has gone home”. I didn’t even know that was what florists do I have zero knowledge. I then chose my bunch and told her and she said “you can just grab them yourself”. I went to pay and asked if I could pick a nice bow to do and she said rushed as if to shush me “IM ABOUT TO DO IT” . At this point I’d had enough. I approached her and asked if she had a bad day (benefit of the doubt). She rudely said “this is my normal tone”. Just baffled at how one can work in customer service being so belittling and condescending. Straight up rude!! To the Asian girl who was working today at 4PM.

I came in 2 weeks in advance to put through an order for my graduation. I'm quite particular about the type of flowers I want and stressed that price was not a concern, just please let me know you can fullfill my request. I ordered PREMIUM dusty rose pink in full bloom. The staff ensured that she could fullfill my request and that they always have premium rose in stock (which I always see on sale). On the day of the pick up, I was given old, normal rose not in full bloom. I was disappointed and asked for an exchange kindly. The staff excused me of being rude to her and charged me $12 extra to change the roses into premium (which was also very old). Worst customer service. Should have told me from the beginning or at anytime before my pick up date should there be any hiccups/unavailability, not just put together a wrong bouquet and excuse me of ordering it/being rude.

Love this place!! The girls that work there are always so helpful and friendly! I buy flowers for myself every week as a little treat and it’s such a great experience every time! I would highly recommend! Ladies, thank you so much for the bright spark you bring to my week. I always look forward to seeing you!
