Winnie and Monty are regulars at Yapyaps Pooch Parlour, and they love Leanne, who is the best doggie groomer in the Ascot / Hamilton area.Yapyaps will always work with your dog to provide you with the doggy wash and clip, that you want. Just ask Leanne.

My original booking got cancelled the night before. Reorganised for a Friday 9am appointment which was cancelled 45 minutes before. I tried to get in contact several times plus I sent a message in which I didn’t receive a response. We definitely weren’t pleased with the service.

went there to get my dog groomed, gave them instruction about the cut we want, and what we want to get done and not! clearly, the staff nor the groomer didn't understand our instructions! they cut the undercoat and it has been 5 months now, I thought my dog’s hair would grow back to normal after that worst experience, but it did not! not only was our money wasted but our dog’s hair has been permanently changed and not for the better! definitely not going back there again, and would not recommend this pet groomer at all.

I have been going here for approx 1 year and really wanted to support this local business. The lady who runs it is lovely. Unfortunately this morning was the second time I showed up for my dog's confirmed appointment and no one was there. The inconvenience means that I will have to find another groomer. The added annoyance is it takes time to get into some else, but the lack of reliability makes it too difficult to support this business.

I thought I booked an appointment today but for some reason it didn't go through, but the girls squeezed my doggo in anyway and did an awesome job washing and giving him a bit of a trim. He was one happy little fluff ball when I picked him up. Will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone needing a dog grooming service
