We hired everything for our wedding reception from Rustic Event Hire. The furniture itself was of top quality and the service was amazing. They came and set up everything up without us needing to be there, exactly as instructed. When I had forgotten to add an item to the list they went out of their way to make sure it was re-delivered in time for our event. Even leading up to the event, I was constantly making changes and Keziah was so accommodating, always updating our booking without any hesitation. I would highly recommend their supplies and their service, 10/10.

Rustic Event Hire are perfect suppliers for any event which has a rustic/country theme. I used them to supply the tables and chairs for my wedding and to be completely honest out of all the suppliers I dealt with for the planning of my wedding, these guys were the easiest to deal with. Communication was always clear, everything was confirmed via email and any changes to what I was hiring was updated with a new invoice sent (and it was never an issue). The day before the wedding, Dan and Cam set everything up for me which was great because it meant that I could focus on other stuff. The pictures, measurements and description on their site/ price list is very accurate and you know exactly what you're getting on the day (no unexpected surprises with tables being too small etc). I have to also say that Dan and Cam must know how fussy some brides are because at one point I saw them using a tape measure to ensure the distance between the bench seats was the same (I had to giggle). The entire team were lovely to deal with especially Keziah, who was helping me with everything in the lead up to the wedding. Thanks again guys, I will be recommending you to everyone I know!

We used Rustic Event Hire for our wedding in February and they were absolutely amazing, they worked with us on our look and feel & had the perfect hire furniture, lighting and pieces to make our wedding look like the one we dreamed of! We used Rustic Event Hire for furniture hire and styling for our outdoor wedding. We were so happy with the service they provided from the very beginning of the process. Their communication was excellent, from the clear website design and depictions of the furniture and other items, to the detailed itemised quote we received. Keziah was very diligent in ensuring she knew exactly how we wanted everything to be set up. On the day, the team was incredible, setting everything up just as we had decided and needing minimal input from us. The outdoor space looked even better than we had imagined, and all the furniture was of high quality and we were especially impressed with the bar set-up and flower arrangements. They worked very efficiently and the set-up and pack down the next day was quick and easy, again needing little help or direction from us which helped make the process stress free for the bride and groom.
