I’ve only started going to this book store but every time I go to the shop it’s a positive experience. This shop has everything books for all different types of book lovers has fiction, non-fictional and even has a huge range of manga for us anime lovers!

I love this place it's got such an immersive amount of books and it's really fun. but the layer could be a bit better and possibly if you could add a reading chair/couch would be great. The service is really nice and it's fairly fast. Overall I rate it 4 stars!

Good selection. I went I to look at travel books and that section is the reason for only 4 stars. They only seem to have Lonely Planet for anywhere you want to travel and the occasional other book.

Always find something to read here as the range is extensive. Staff are always helpful and very experienced around finding stock in store and also about recommending other titles. Very good at getting in requested books. Great job!

Amazing, friendly staff, great range of books. If they don't have it they'll try to order it for you. They run a story time once a fortnight that my daughter loves. Great rewards program especially if you are in school or an avid reader such as myself.

Went in there with a smile and asked one of the workers if they had a book I wanted. I went, “Hi there.” She didn’t even look at me while going, “hi.” Then kept her focus on her laptop. I then asked, “do you have xxxx in this shop?” Then she went, “I don’t know, let me check.” Then took just a quick look at the shelf the books were at then scowled and went, “no we dont have them here.” Never going there again. If there is a bookstore I’d recommend, it’s Dymocks. Friendliest staff members there. QBD bookstore has the most disrespectful staff. Please, do better.
