I would like to express my gratitude for the Northern Dental Centre, I had a emergency, was in within 2 hours and my dentist Heather and her crew were the best, as far as when the Anesthesia wore off I has no pain whatsoever, absolutely wonderful service, thanks Heather, kind regards Andrew :)

The lack of due care and professionalism shown to my high anxiety 16 year old that attended the Launceston clinic was absolutely appalling. I am very disappointed this kind of behavior is still allowed by medical professionals a. No patient should leave a medical establishment in tears

Had 2 wisdom teeth removed at the LGH dental clinic through Oral Health Services last week. Staff have been wonderful and had no issues with the surgery. Wonderful staff and student team.

Creepiest and the most unpleasant experience ever. I was left alone at one point with a girl called April (a big tubby girl with dark hair) ...she was dead quiet and had a spooky demeanour about her which made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. Felt as though I was drowning as she wasn't doing her job properly. I was left to cough throughout the day afterwards and had to go to the emergency for chest xrays. It turned out that I had inhaled broken bits of tooth/fillngs in my lungs!!!!

The receptionist are extremely rude and sarcastic on the phone. I have mental health issues and need surgery on my mouth I'm in extreme pain. They didn't cancel my appointment when I called up sick they put it as didn't attend so no appointments for months. I have had suicidal thoughts over the pain and they act like is a whoopsy.
