I am a professional who has been renting off Fresh Property. They are the worst real estate agent I have dealt with in the last 3 decades. I had significant issues with the house I was renting which they did not attend to, and after leaving the house in a better condition than when I arrived, they took more than half of my bond. Not recommended.

We are tenants renting through Fresh, and have always had a positive experience with the whole team from the start of our lease. They get back to us and address any issues promptly and have always been lovely to deal with. Last week we ran out of gas on the coldest weekend we’ve had this winter and our usual provider refused to deliver a tank for almost a week. The other provider of gas in our area said they could get us a bottle on the same day if we could organise a gas compliance certificate within an hour. I rang their offices at 8:30am and explained our predicament and the lovely Jacquie had it sorted in 20 mins. Have been really happy renting through them.
