Cricks Mitsubishi - Nambour

I was on my way to north of gympie on Thursday for Easter when when my engine light & DPF warning lights came up on my dash. Subsequently my Mitsubishi Outlander went into limp mode. After calling RACQ roadside service and then driving to a local mechanic in eumundi with no success I drove 12kms back to Cricks at nambour. The guys there didn’t think they could help as they were winding up for the Easter break & said I wouldn’t get my car back until Tuesday after Easter.The guy (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) was taking my details said he might get the mechanic to take a quick look. Turns out I had a split inlet hose & was sucking in air which was setting off the alarms & limp mode. It so happened they had the part on the shelf and I was on the road again in 1hr.I cannot thank you guys enough for looking after me and my little dog turbo. You have no idea what I had been through personally before this happened. You saved my sanity!!

I recently bought a second hand RAM Laramie from Cricks, Nambour. I was quite happy with the service I received but was disappointed that the vehicle had not been detailed at the time of delivery. I was offered the detailing but would have meant another travel of 2.5 hours return to collect the vehicle.

In the past few years, Cricks has delivered two new vehicles to my partner and I, and the service was excellent both times. The salesman was extremely approachable, and was always happy to help answer any questions I had for him, returning calls and correspondence in a timely manner. The service department was easy to talk to, and had availablity for the first complimentary service within a week of my call.

We recently had our RAM in for service and pointed out an electrical issue which has had us having to rewire every trailer we plug in. Trailers that work perfectly on other vehicles. Apparently not their problem. If something has happened in the conversion and the trailer settings need attention it would have been nice to receive a bit more customer service. Will be going direct to RAM Australia.
