Working K9 Team

The guys at Working K9 Team have been great.They are professional, caring and really good to work with. When we contacted them about a few issues our girl was having, they got back to me within the day. From there we went through the trouble we were having and worked out the best course of action to take. We decided to take up their board and train option. Which has worked out really well for our girl.We highly remember talking to Brad and Karen about any problems you may encounter with your pet.

Can not recommend them enough. Brad and Karen have a high understanding of a dogs mentality. Therefore they’re able to think of strategies that can help a dog learn easily and effectively and understand the dogs behaviour. With just three sessions, I have seen the change in my dog during our personal protection training. I am amazed by their work and my dogs response. They have also taught me a lot in how and why my dog is responding to certain things. I won’t go anywhere else!

I highly recommend K9 Team. They were excellent not only with my dog Lily but also myself. They were patient which I found really helpful as I think the dog owners are much harder to train. My dog responded really well and they taught me how todo that. Their training methods are great my dog is happy and loves to do what I ask.Thank you so much

Brad and Karen at the Working K9 Team are absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking train their dog!! We were at our wits end with our very hyper, anxious German Shepherd x Staffi, who was showing signs of leash aggression, pulling on the lead, not listening etc. We had already had an in-house trainer, and sent him to another dog training facility, and there wasn't the slightest change in behaviour at all. From the very beginning Karen listened to all of my concerns with Duke, and from our first phone conversation (even before booking in), I knew that I had found the place for Duke. We enrolled Duke on a 4 week training programme and on arrival, Brad and Karen spent over an hour with us, breaking down the whole process. We were sent updates on Duke's progress (she knows how some of us pup mums can be about our babies), and on Duke's pick up date we were given an amazing 2hr hand over. I was so emotional seeing how much progress he had made, and they was all down to the hard work and dedication of Brad and Karen. I can truly say that Duke is so much more happier now than he has ever been, and we can now enjoy him as a part of our family. In the first 10 days of having him back we went on 14 walks (he wasn't too impressed), and I was not able to do this in the at all in the first 9 months of having him. Every single person who knew Duke from before comments on how much calmer and obedient he is. Even our vets couldn't believe it!!About 3 months after collecting Duke we went for a refresh follow up session (mainly for me, because its us owners who also need the training), and it was great to catch up with them and show them how Dukey has been. Thank you so much again for everything, I will forever be grateful to you both!!

I have a highly anxious human aggressive dog, Brad and Karen from working k9 have been nothing but helpful with all my issues with lilo. I have never owned a dog like her before and reaching out for help from Brad and Karen was the best decision I ever made, they are completely changed our relationship and training style for the better. I cannot thank them enough for the on going support for both lilo and I!!I highly recommend them for any training needs they are professional and understanding of everyone’s issues and how as a team we can make you and your dogs life better.

Brad and Karen at Working K9 team have been fantastic!! They have helped us so so much with 11 month old German shepard who was highly reactive and aggressive around other dogs. We went from being barely able to control him on walks around other dogs to loose leash walking and no reacting within a few meters of other dogs, in the space of 6 weeks, which is an awesome result for us and we are so grateful!! They really took the time to explain the philosophy and psychology behind the training they showed us and were happy to answer our questions and support us both in and out of the training sessions.I cannot recommend them enough!!!

We had an extremely disobedient & stubborn pug puppy & were at breaking point with him. We had tried several avenues to calm him down, including puppy school but to no avail - we couldn't even put his harness on as he was so manic. Everyone kept telling us that it was just what pups do, but we had no time with our puppy that we considered enjoyable, and it was really upsetting everyone in our family.Thankfully we found Brad, Karen and the team, who listened carefully to all of our concerns. We left our dog with them for the board and train program for 3 weeks, and Winston came back a different dog. Brad gave us a intensive handover session on pickup, explaining the importance of the hard work we had to put in to continue progressing with our dogs obedience, and is always happy to chat when we have questions or concerns.We really enjoy our time with Winston now, and he is a pretty cool dog.I can't thank the Working K9 Team enough for the work they've done to help Winston and our family!

Wonderful experience. Would highly recommend Brad and Karen.My 7mos old Shepsky used to pull me over on walks and ignore me completely.Fast forward:Lola and I have both been trained well and she trots next to me on a loose lead, happily passing other dogs and humans with no issue. Her manic pupoy behaviour has gone and she has become the perfect companion.We both enjoy the circuit" training at home and couldn't be happier.I would highly recommend Brad and Karen at Working K9.Do it!
