About the Business

Rutherford Library | Maitland City Council | Located at Arthur Street in Rutherford near the shopping precinct, so there is heaps of parking. Similarly to the other branches membership is free and you can borrow up to 30 items. All our libraries also have meeting spaces and staff are on hand to provide research assistance.

We love Rutherford library started going to baby book club when my eldest was 6 months, shes now 5yrs. I also have a 3yr old, 18 month old and 4 month old who love book club/storytime. Staff are amazing and have become close to my whole family.

Small library but a good one. Great location and they have access to many more books and alike from their other branches. The librarians are kind and helpful. They also have a kids morning which is wonderful. Has not got a large selection compared to larger city libraries but it does the job.
