I cannot speak too highly about this family business. Tony, his son in law and grandson are all excellent. Three generations in the workshop, plus family in the office all exhibiting the same high quality genuine friendly service that sadly is disappearing from the world in which we live.Up until a couple of weeks ago I had never heard of, or had reason to contact them, but now I'm looking at my cars wondering what other business we can do.First, to inspect my non-RWC exhaust problem, they fitted me in without a formal appointment, and then with the problem identified and the solution known, they fitted me in within two working days notice.My pre-Christmas-Summer holidays urgency, could have resulted in them taking advantage of me with regards to price; but no, with the job efficiently completed, I believe I was charged a fair price.If I experienced what is normal for this business, it could even be worth people in Melbourne coming up to Benalla, getting their brakes, suspension and/or exhaust sorted while they go off enjoy this beautiful town with its lovely gardens and friendly shops and cafes.I drove 70kms back and forth, twice, and I'll do it again when the need arises.

Exhaust broke off at Winton Raceway. Tom was great. Well equipped workshop. Professional and Quick service, no waiting. sorted my troubles in an hour, and for a perfectly reasonable price. Truly happy to have found a good shop in a crisis... Highly recommended
