Tranquil Nails

The postive is the great quality of the manicures, the negitive is that if you have to change your appointment and I have to if my work gets in the way but ALWAYS give plenty - a half days- notice , the attitude on the phone is frankly rude.I called first thing this morning to reschedule my afternoon booking.I was curtly told you always change your appointment " - yet I have been in the salon when clients cancel at the last min or turn up late. I will be looking for another salon - there is plenty of choice in Brighton."

Always 5* here. Lin does my nails, and she does them perfectly every time.

I would not recommend tranquil nails to anybody. My second visit, clearly nothing had changed. Here's why: The staff are rude & incompetent. The waxing area out the back stinks of toilet. After I had my eyebrows waxed.Very poorly done they were. I walked home and my stomach was very sore. Not very Tranquil at all.

this place is definitely not recommended because I got my nails done for my trip and I wanted some ombré nails but she gave me painted nails that wasn’t blended at all! The girl that was doing my nails was very rude when I picked a colour she said she doesn’t think it goes with my skin (which is racist) and I got forced to get another colour. Also I wanted white but she gave me baby pink at the top. She also gave me also gave me extensions that I didn’t ask for and then the next day some of my nails started ripping off. The price was 55 dollars even though it was really supposed to be about $15-30 just for some really bad nails. Personally I would definitely not go back there again, now my nails are hurting and I don’t really like being there.

Absolutely amazing job with great attention to detail. I was reluctant to do get SNS with tips done but I am very happy with the result, design executed to perfection. Quite surprised they lasted that long! Thank you
