This park benefits from its nature beauty, the beach is great, location for a gateway great with lots of kangaroos and tracks. However, services from the park and poor compared with other parks. Powered site doesn't have water, no camping kichen with appliances, just an outside tap leaking water while using the tap, despite understand the grass needs to be cut, there was lots of noise everyday from machines working in the park, not quite to relax, with a little rain drains couldn't handle and there was lots of rain water on street for days with mud. Showers still work with coins and receptionist doesn't like much to change money even the park providing coins machine to operate. Restrooms are about 20, 30 years old, however the prices for staying are quite up-to-date.Unfortunately this park is quite expensive for its poor services and amenities.

Was placed between 2 old decrepit permanent vans when there appeared to be better sites elsewhere. No water for van unless you want to fill your water tanks with a bucket.Hot water in showers was non potable and brown.Paid for a week was happy to get out of there after 2 days. Found a more civilised van park elsewhere

Cancelled my booking 18 days before arrival for medical reasons. Had paid a deposit of $52.50 for 5 days. Was told that the cost for cancellation was $50, was offered a 6 month credit. Didn't receive any confirmation of this. Is the cost for cancellation a fixed price or is it a sliding scale. Another greedy caravan park. Be careful when booking in advance.

Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. The place is very beautiful but the staff does not make any effort on making the toilet clean. With full camping they only clean it once a day and it is not enough. Imagine to take a shower with dirt and mud in the shower. Terrible situation. They don't have decent dish washing facilities neither kitchen areas. There is absolutely no cellular signal and they don't have wifi.

I stayed here recently for 5 days in the small cabin and it was lovely and clean. More spacious than it looks online and the facilities around were clean too. Big massive pool and so close to the beachLovely staff aswell! Definitely will be back!!

Camped here over Easter. The park was nice and clean. It was extremely muddy from the rain. Service is minimal

Good place for a 1 or 2 night stop over, not great for longer than that. We liked the off grid section, opposite the beach. Some pros and cons. Pros: The sealed roads make for good bike riding, the beach is beautiful and good for boogie boards, adequate playground and a cafe across the road from the entrance is convenient and being dog friendly is a bonus. Cons: The pools are outdated and the bathrooms are in a desperate need of a facelift. For the amount you pay to stay, which are standard rates, you really shouldn't have to pay 20c for a 1 minute hot shower. BIG 4 down the road have similar rates with better facilities. I had to walk my 2 kids in their towels back to our camp-site in darkness because 1 of the machines didn't work and took my coins, I had to grab more coins, then I had to walk them back again, it was ridiculous. They really need an upgrade.

Lovely staff, clean place, super close to beach. Not many waves as it's a bit protected - good for kids. Some of the vans are looking a little old now. Camp sites are good with a central shower block and laundry. Bring an ACTUAL 20c piece for a hot shower for a few minutes.
