Aubin Grove Medical Centre

Unfortunately not all of their doctors are kind compassionate doctors. After a few visits I didn't like the doctors I had seen but recently Dr Prosser was amazing. Actually listening to my conditions and making an effort to help me. I don't care for the $70 charge as long as I get good care. Previously the free appointments weren't even worth it but now I'll gladly pay to see Dr Prosser.

To the receptionist in the medical center and the lady working in the chemist next door. Thank you so much for the time care and support you gave to me and my teenage son today. I was overwhelmed at the situation and you went above and beyond to make sure we were ok. Even got a hug xx Thanks so much

Incredibly rude receptionists over the phone and in person, and doctors are always coming and going. Not very helpful or caring and seem to want to rush you out of your appointment as soon as possible.

This morning my 4 year old had her vaccines administered by Hayley. My daughter was already crying when we walked into the nurses bay, Hayley was so calm and relaxed, she made Poppy feel at ease and even played nurses and doctors before her vaccination. Poppy stopped crying and didn't even cry through the injection. Had Hayley not given Poppy some extra special treatment and care, that whole procedure would have gone badly. Thankyou so much.

We changed from another medical centre , we were not happy there. We have been seeing Dr West for about two months now . We are very happy with Dr West . She is very proactive in searching for a solution for one’s medical issues . I highly recommend her

It's OK. Never had an issue with any of the doctors, but as a private practise medical centre it's pretty bad. The floors are pretty dirty, they don't disinfect anything. I asked if they had cleaners and the response was 'we do but they rarely turn up'. You need to do better

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star if I had the chance. I warned my poor elderly dad about going to this medical Centre based on the reviews that I had seen on Google, but he insisted that he would give it ago and that it really wasn’t that bad. Not only has he had poor service and misinformation, but the doctors are uncaring. He took my sick uncle to have blood test done and required these blood test as it had been two weeks and this doctor surgery didn’t even have the courtesy to phone him when the results were in although promising to do so for over a week. My dad is such a kind and patient person who rarely ever gets upset and is willing to give everyone ago and this medical Centre took advantage of that because he’s so easy-going. I’m actually so angry for my poor Dad who ended up changing medical centres which is not like him at all. They don’t have a bad Google review for no reason. Listen to those reviews and do yourself a favour go somewhere else. And that’s just a name, one occasion where their service was poor. There has been many I just don’t have all day to write about it!!

Very rude receptionist. The worse part is you hear her growling at you over the phone and saying oh". The worse ever. One of there Dr was even judgmental towards me( patient) as was emotionally worried for my son didn't even realise it till I walked out of her office. SO VERY RUDE!"

I went there with a allergic reaction swelling in neck. And the reception told to leave and drive to emergency. What the hell is that. Could they not have seen me and once the initial issues subsided then drive to hospital. As I’m thinking it’s best I don’t black out driving.
