7-Eleven

Came by at 1am and was refused entry for literally no reason. The store is indicated to be open 24hours or at least late. Just on my way home not under the influence or anything being non threatening but the store keeper at the time of 2am on the 19th of June just waved up bye claiming the store was closed. This is disgusting behaviour by a 7Eleven employee and expected better.

The worst 7 11 in the world. Always have to wait outside for the service and the manager is crazy rude. Don't waste your time or money here , there are two igas within walking distance

Super rude lady who is always running here and there in 7 eleven. Making people’s morning bad. I don’t know if she is manager or what but she is super rude never smiling. If you can’t smile don’t even talk to people. Let people make their morning coffee in peace it’s been second time she is rude to me. May your morning be the same like mine. Thanks for ruining my morning coffee twice.

An Asian girl told me that I couldn't buy food because the floor had just been mopped... isnt that why there is a mopping sign? Dont leave the store open to customers if you refuse them... Its not the only bad review about this staff in question !

The girl served me at around 7.20 am on 16th Dec 2019 was very helpful and behaved professionally. She makes everyone’s morning happy with her smile.The place is clean and reasonably priced.

On Friday (22nd July 3:58 pm), my friend and I came by to get some Slurpee, friend got a 1 dollar sized cup, unfortunately, two cups came out at once and one fell, so he went to pick it up at throw it in the bin because it was unhygienic. However, the cashier came to us and complained to my friend about his way of doing things, the cashier told my friend to “do the right thing and put it back on the place where you get cups from.” So the cashier snatched the cup over and shoved the thing with all the other cups, the cup broke because he used too much force and he threw it in the bin. When we were in checkout, my friend payed but forgot the change, so after I payed, I asked to collect my friends change. The cashier threw the change at me.I would not recommend coming to this store, the workers show little respect and respect to customers.The Asian cashier gave us a horrible experience.

Saturday 10 December approx 415pm: Bought a drink and saw a sign saying “Banana Bread” only $2 with any 7/11 drink purchase. After I was charged full price I enquired as to why. The attendant told me the discount is only with coffee. I told him that’s not what the sign says. He said yes it does. I read out the part that said “with any 7/11 drink purchase” He said it’s with any 7/11 branded drink. I said it’s misleading. He said if I don’t like it, put in a complaint. So here is my complaint. His dismissive and arrogant attitude was the worst part. I took my drink and banana bread and ran as I had a train to catch. If you want attitude and deceit served with your Iced Tea and sugar fix, this is the place to go. Otherwise try the IGA over the road where the staff are much more respectful.

19th April 02:30 a.m.The store is closed

Disappointed! Being a regular customer today just now like 10-15min ago in the shop first time the guy (customer service) was so RUDE in front of others that I had to complain. When I was complaining he was more over-reacting!! He needs to be calm, careful and caring to the customers.I also do customer service.Hope to see the change soon when I visit next !

The 7-Eleven here is quite small. I pass by this place after a night out to find a drink but there is not much options due to the size of the store. Nothing to complain here really.
