After seeing a facebook post from a local fire station that had their hoses vandalised, the manager James was prompt to offer to repair the hoses.It's small tokens of appreciation like these that define small business in Australia.Well done James, keep up the great work!

My company uses Extinguisher Services to provide C02 Extinguishers for our training sessions. They have been very responsive having everything ready to pick up and their communication has been excellent. I have had them go 'above & beyond' when I have had new trainers and taken them to Extinguishers Services. The staff have provided a full tour and explanation of the equipment, compliance and enabled them to activate the extinguishers. This has been outstanding customer service from them and quite frankly I am hardly a big customer of theirs but have treated me and our staff like their only customers.

Driver in CBD today abused and tried to run over pedestrians crossing at a pedestrian crossing even though light was flashing red. Sriver angry and sped off nearly hitting another car. Needs anger management. I observed from other side of road.
