Cory did a great job helping me (in Sydney) arrange some work for my aunt in Melbourne AND he did a terrific job keeping me in very close contact.

Cory is great to work with - an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, always on time, totally trustworthy and his work ethic is crazy! I’ve been working with Cory for a few years now and we’re up to property No 3 - he’s done an incredible job designing and maintaining our gardens - they are beautiful! I have been using Cory of MJ Landscaping for over 6 months now to both maintain and update my garden. He is knowledgeable when it comes to plant selection making appropriate choices depending on the particular garden and its aspect (which has been a big problem in my garden). He provides accurate and detailed quotes, is punctual and communicates in a timely manner and is always cheerful and professional. His work ethic is exceptional; he is hard working, diligent and does the job in a timely manner. Cory designed the reconstruction of my small garden (front and rear courtyard) when it was trashed after a major renovation. It was easy to work with Cory's crew designing the garden. I thought the planting was way too thin, but with time, and being patient, the results are now evident and the garden looks terrific. Cory has helped with a water feature and reticulation. He has also navigates communication with both me and the tenants well. Cory has been maintaining my garden for over seven years and i'm very happy with his services and how the garden looks with his attention to it.

Do not use MJ Landscaping.Upon leaving on the final day of the job, Cory reversed his truck into my vehicle causing $7000 damage. He drove off, however one of the neighbours saw the incident and reported his licence number to me.Cory had asked us to pay for the job and advised he would see to it that the damage to our vehicle would be fixed. Upon payment he advised he didn't have insurance and we would need to fix our own vehicle.Weeks after the job was completed, we had major drainage issues. It was discovered that Cory pierced our main sewer pipe with a stake that caused another $4000 damage. Again Cory wiped his hands clean.I would recommend that you do your research and not use this crook for any landscaping work.

Cory and his team are excellent and very professional. They have completely reworked our front and backyards, new lawns, plants and tree. Fully irrigated. What we also like is that the team follow up and will correct any post job issues. Great advice as well. We highly recommend them
