Great way to keep fit and learn self defense in a professional but comfortable environment. Classes suitable for young and old alike with occasional targeted sessions for older members too.Instructors are very welcoming, flexible & understanding with work & other commitments.Highly recommend giving the obligation free trial lesson a go if interested!

Complete beginners are always welcome! The excellent instructors will help you develop all the skills you need as you progress to black belt.
