Concierge Car Wash

Was told $130 for exterior and interior clean because the car was heavily soiled which was fine. Didn't get a notification when the car was ready. Ended up paying $7 for going over the 4hr parking rate.Had to ask them to clean the centre console before I left because it hadn't been touched.Had somewhere to be so left in a hurry. Opened the moonroof and they hadn't even washed the roof. Further inspection the inside of the doors were not cleaned, smudge marks on windows now addressed.Waiting to hear back from them as I went back to speak to someone but their hours have been reduced to close at 4pm.Edit: took car back next day. The manager corrected the problem and redid my car. What a big difference did it make.

Excellent job. My baby is so clean and shiny. So nice to deal with smiling, friendly but professional staff too. Will definitely be returning.

Operating hours says close 530pm today 11th Jan 23 Wednesday. Arrived at 4pm rushing from work to get car washed, only to find staff in the office legs up on the table doodling with the phone blinds shut!!! If you are the owner of this business, you should start recruiting for a new staff member who’s trustworthy.

car wasn’t washed we got the super wash for $65 dash was included they didnt do that either and they charged $75. car wasnt even wiped down. then they tried lying saying its all been done with attitude. car had white spots everywhere and just tyre shine. i showed them it can be wiped with my hands and the spots come off. they said its our paint. our cars 2022 model.

Booked my vehicle in for 11am and when we arrived I was told that it would only be ready at 3pm.I thought that by booking it in you didn’t automatically go into the que.According to the supervisor on the day, that was not the case.Went else where and was done in 2 hrs no booking. Was happy with the service of the new place and will be using them going forward.

AVOID AT ALL COST.I’d have given zero if a choice was given!Ever since they changed hands, the price went up “we use under armour and better products” is their excuse, the standards went to trash.Paid $100 (4 hours of my hard earned money), I can do a better job than them. When I got there, the guy with the glasses said,”$100 for everything.” I pointed out my top racks, cup holders…and he said”yup no problem we’ll do it all” Absolute joke.My car fender liner was still covered in mud, racks not done. Wind screen was still dirty with bird poo, back of my side mirror, it was basically a joke of a job done for $100. And trust me, those cup holders was completely ignored.Then I had another staff member trying to mansplain to me how everything does not mean everything. WHAT?! They tried to pull wool over my eyes, just because I’m female and I don’t know what he meant by “we’ll do everything.”Had the car dropped off at 3pm (said they’ll fit me in, be done in an hour). I came back at 4:27pm, asking if it was ready, he said “oh I forgot, lost track of time-WHAT! By the time they cleaned the bits they ignored, it was 5:13pm- I was so late for my next appointment. No respect whatsoever for time given.Had another fellow customer who stood there with me, with past experiences washing cars at another competitor and told me that that was a terrible job done. Go down the road where they get it done the same price but top quality and fast.Guess where I’ll be going next.So I tried giving business and support, not when I’ve been taken a piss out of. NEVER AGAIN.

I was very disappointed with my service today.2 months ago I had my car washed here for $75 — had to wait 3.5 hours for it to be done which was fine since they were busy. They had done an excellent job with my vehicle — it was near spotless and looked as new as when I bought it.I visited today and noticed that the same service had gone up to $100, the reason being that they pay more attention to details and do more with the vehicle (as written on their price signs). I was fine with this price hike as I had expectations that they will do a very fine job with my vehicle.I received a message around 30 minutes later stating that the car was ready. They weren't very busy and I know they had at least 3 guys working on it so that was fine with me. I had somewhere I needed to be so I took my car and went off without inspecting properly (a mistake I now know not to make).My experience today with the business was very disappointing to say the least. They did a very good job with vacuuming the interior however I could not say the same for the exterior. There are dried soap marks, streak and water marks, remnants of dust and so on and so forth.I would have been more understanding if they were busy and it was only a few spots but these were all over the vehicle and they had just one car parked in their bays. I had been proudly recommending this place as a good car wash to friends and family but not anymore.

Definitely avoid! Possibly under new management with new workers, who look like they've picked them up of the street. Received a text 30min after dropping the car off if that to say it was ready. Approaching the car I could already tell it wasn't cleaned properly. Interior was vacuumed nothing was wiped down cup holders weren't cleaned etc the list goes on.... terrible experience I won't be going back.

Amazing job on my car, the employees were so nice and welcoming to us and we even got a $10 voucher for our next visit! Will definitely be back soon!

They didn’t thoroughly cleaned the car even when I purchased a full detailing package. There were still marks on the seats and central console box. I showed them to the worker who returned the keys. When I reached home and opened the back seat cup holder it was still dirty. they didn’t bother to clean that!!! Also they didn’t even check the seat belts. All the marks on seat belts were still there. carpets were soaked in water. Its two days now and I am still keeping the windows open to dry them.Highly disappointed with their service.
