Swan Cove Yoga
Kirsten & Tony have taught me yoga for years now, ever since they began in the Community Hall in Paynesville. My favourite yoga is now Kundalini, taught by Kirsten & it really helps my mobility and pain living with both RA & fibromyalgia. It’s a very upbeat yoga, with meditation mantras and makes you feel great after every class as it gets the blood flowing and also helps you sleep so well.

Swan Cove Yoga
I started attending Swan Cove Yoga back in March this year. It was a little daunting at first considering I'd only just moved to Eagle Point and having a regular yoga practice pretty much went by the wayside during the COVID-19 pandemic. But I'm really glad that I decided to give Swan Cove Yoga a chance. Kirsten is very easy going, welcoming and highly knowledgeable in yoga poses, breath work, meditation and nutrition. She runs the Chair Yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings at the Paynesville RSL Hall as well as KundaDance and Kundalini classes while her partner Tony runs the Yin Yoga classes on Monday nights. While the other participants are generally female and older than I am, it doesn't bother me in the slightest. And the fact that it only takes 5-10 minutes to drive to the class from home also makes it very convenient. The cost of the classes are very affordable from $11-20, which you can pay for either online or in person (with cash) before the class starts.Hopefully I'll be able to build up to a regular yoga practice again either this year or next but any attendance is better than no attendance at all. I also hope that there will be more classes added in the future to make it easier for me to attend. Thank you Kirsten and Tony for offering your yoga practice to Paynesville and surrounds.
