Who would have thought you could have this much fun while working out? I love it! Everyone is friendly and welcoming; Bel and Janine, the instructors are fabulous; the music is great and the vibe is awesome!

By far the best excercise group around. Excellent trainers, varied excercise routines, great music and fantastic group of people who loves to have fun. It’s not just an excercise group but a community of lovely ladies. Highly recommended.

I love going to Jazzercise Gosford, it is suited to all ages. It is the best way to get fit and stay healthy. The ladies are all very friendly, welcoming new members all the time. Once you make that first visit, meet Belinda & the team, you will be hooked! Highly recommended joining this team.
