This not régal care, but junk care.Poor customer service on the phone and on customer premises. They allocate care workers ignoring agreed schedule.Personal care worker who came to shower me did a rushed job, and after finishing she rushed away 30min before the agreed one hour leaving behind a wet bathroom.I canceled all appointments with these people.
