These guys are amazing, highly recommend. Super professional too.Moved from Mackay, Queensland to Melbourne. All our belongings are in perfect condition. It was kept in their storage for a month, hassle free moving.

After using a different moving company for an interstate move with disastrous results, I was nervous to entrust a company for my international move. Boy am I glad I went with Grace. Their customer service was fantastic in Australia right up to and beyond the removal of my boxes. I shopped around for a lot of quotes and Grace was by far the best. After I left Australia they were more than willing to liaise with my family back home to ensure all the necessary paperwork was complete for the move. The company they used in Europe for the second leg of the move also lived up to this great reputation. I was notified of a time frame for delivery and was updated about this as the dates approached. The team over here delivering to German arrived on time as expected and I’m happy to say everything arrived in one piece, unlike my interstate move. Will definitely use this company in the future. We moved from Brisbane to North Qld and the team were very professional and friendly, and just a pleasure to deal with across all aspects. We were able to secure a spot within days of having an inventory check and a week later everything arrived at our new place in the exact state it went into the container. I was so impressed and the team wrapped everything and boxed the big things and I’m just so happy we used this company. The money was good value from Australia to New Zealand, from the begin that my mother told me all her stuffs no longer used, her house was sold and she moved in Nursing home, she would like to send everything's to me and packs to New Zealand. Funny....staff rarely available and send me an email to filled out what did you packed, and I feel a little bit disappointed that I was not there in Australia to packed and I have not ideas what is in the boxes. Anyway and again I don't get return calls without multiple, email feed back was O.K. to check everything O.K. The ship carrying my good arrived and let me knows the times and arrived on time here in New Zealand. And again, they ( I don't know who)packing, they had a bit of hard time and rushing, and once I opened the boxes a very few damaged. Otherwise all good.Thank you Grace ;)

Movers were great, consultant was great. Bit pricey but ended up being very accommodating for our needs; with a change of circumstance etc.There was a damaged item which I did not hear back about compensation so that was disappointing, thankfully it wasn’t expensive but it was a sentimental item.

I recently engaged Grace for removal of furniture and boxed belongings from Ashgrove Queensland to Collingwood Victoria. I booked the service with Rachel In Brisbane and she was very efficient and helpful. The staff who came at appointed time worked very fast and items were loaded in good time. I was told it would take approximately 2 weeks to arrive in Victoria. I said that would be fine - the delivery time wasn’t as important as the collection time. I got a call in Melbourne as they had said and a day & time slot was accepted. The very polite, friendly movers arrived perfectly close to the earlier time and unloaded so quickly - I was so pleased with the service. Excellent from Start to Finish.The process started with the Adelaide Team surveying the volume of belongings to the packing, all which was done efficiently with compassion & sensitivity due to the circumstances we were under.The Brisbane Team then took over for the arrival & storage of my parents belongings keeping us well informed of the process as it happened. The organising of delivery was a simple process & once again the team provided an amazing service.Colleagues from both states were extremely passionate of their service making the interstate transition for my parents a very smooth & stress free experience for them both.We can't thank the teams enough.

If you plan to move a few suburbs or across the country like we did, don’t go past Grace. From our first call to get a quote to the unpacking 3400klms away it was a great experience. All of the removal staff were without fault. We will only every use Grace for any move into the future.
