I share a beautiful story about this mechanic, be patient to read through if you would like to.I tried to do a major service on my car and approached to this guy. He said bringing the car and he will do a quote. Then I brought my car and he checked on his computer for the price for the parts of the car (according to the car model). Then we set up a deal and agreed on certain date to bring the car. At the day, I brought the car and left it at the service place (keep following, tricky sh*ts happens...).About lunch time, I got a phone call from this guy said, the car needs to replace brakes and discs and straight asked me if I go ahead, I don't want to turn him down toughly as my car was still there, so I just said do a quote this time, I will think about, then we finished converation. Half an hour later, he called back in again said, the service part he ordered from the supplier is wrong, it doens't fit the car and asked me for more money. I choked him as when he ordered the parts online he would put all car model specifications in and get the price, how come it would be wrong, then he blames on the supplier. So I turned him down the second time as the greedy couldn't suck the blood.When I picked my car (this is amazing stuff happens), I found the car has been driven for 50km more during the day (while I didn't even touch it since I dropped the car in the morning). I asked the young mechanic what's happened, did someone drive my car around, he straight confront to me and said 'yeah, so what's up?'. It really sickens me as his attitude was trying to be tough and being a scoundrel, they think they are supposed to drive the customer car around as they want and need.Then I talked to the boss and asked him what's the reason, he admits they drive the car around but only for small milage. And I told him I can clearly see the petrol metre going down quite a bit, and he explains as they replaced the petrol filter which took a lot petrol away. Then I told him all my car services (major or minor) through the original car dealer never get this much petrol reduced during the service, then guess what he said? He said 'they must not done the job', so you are telling me those car dealers services which I pay thousand didn't do the better job as you do? Really smart guy to pick up the answer quicly, but please, do not insult my intellegence...I guess my money was well spent, I didn't only get the service done, I probably also paid some racer to do drag racing with my car on the street and travel around city to have some good time, it's perfect!Go with this mechanic, again guarantee your dollar and cent will be worthy!Plus I don't know how this mechanic get 5 stars on Google and how many relatives he hires to put good comments, but sorry, not work for me as you drive your customer's car and that's sick...

I was in an urgent need for pink slip. Several mechanic shop wouldn't take such a $43 job before Christmas. I called this business, and Dacey understood my urgency and kindly fit me in at a short notice.When a shop is willingly take a super small job during a super busy time, out of kindness. It is a sign of kindness and trustworthiness of the business.

Theo did a pre-purchase inspection for me from interstate and really went above and beyond! Great customer service (which is not a given in the trade) and clearly takes pride in what he does. Thanks again!

Theo probably provides the best power steering service in Sydney. He knew my car well and changed an entire steering rack in less than two days turnaround. Professional, high quality, great value, honest and on time. You won't find a better mechanic anywhere in Sydney.

My family and I are indeed very lucky to have Theo and his team keep our cars in tip top condition. I really trust him. We've been using his professional services for more than 15 years. It started when he replaced the front suspension struts in my 2000 VT Commodore in 2006 for half the price quoted by Pedders. The VT's suspension is still going well today. My Volvos havr also been attended to by Theo and they are running well too. Theo is a cut above most technicians. But in addition to complex steering and suspension repairs he is also highly recommended for fixing brakes and other less complex auto maintenance and repair needs. I remember the top job he did a few years ago a fiddly drive shalf too. I can't highly recommend him enough.

Theo is amazing! I have been going to him for about 7 years now and he was recommended to me via word of mouth. He is professional, good at his job, friendly, always willing to help, an honest mechanic and very reasonably priced. I have been to many other mechanics before who charged high unreasonable prices, have done a poor job or who didn't complete the work they said they did. I have never had this issue with Theo. That's why I have moved around Sydney, but still always go to him, because he is so professional. I also see that he treats his staff really well and runs a fantastic business which I am very happy to see and support. Highly recommend Theo and his business!

Never a more honest Mechanic is Theo and his team of young gentleman at Rosebery Steering.I keep coming for his excellent service and every time he is offering added help at no charge. Every chance he can. Theo refused my money today when he saved me from a panic after I drove over an island and my keys would not turn the car off. This is the kind of pain point I’ve seen many other mechanics capitalise on, especially coming from a female like myself. It makes him shine bright.I highly recommend you the experience for yourself. Don’t waste your time anywhere else! You can thank me later.

Couldn't recommend Theo and the guys highly enough. Super friendly, understanding and take the extra time to explain things through properly. They were recommended to me and for good reason! Great to know there are legit mechanics out there that won't financially take advantage of a damsel in distress. Thanks guys once again.

Last Week, i said my steering wheel was loos and i need wheel alignment. I need fix them.Mechanic fixed them but the day, the steering wheel became same as previous losse condition at night. Time only passed few hours including parking my car for few hours.I visit next day again. Mechanic said it is not loose. Then he hasn't fixed it.Now the steering is very dangerous as it is very still loose.Very bad after getring money.

I was super impressed with the quality of service from Theo and the team today. Came in to get an inspection and within half an hour several necessary repairs were made and the inspection was completed. A+
