Noordeman Diesel

I was originally writing a 5 start review as after calling up yesterday Noordeman had managed to get my delivery to me the next day which I found to be great service.However half way through writing the review I decided to open the package to add photos to the review where I found that what I received was not what was advertised; and was instead a brand of gasket that I had looked at buying from another supplier and although it was almost half the price of the Noordeman Gasket, Noordeman had advertised genuine gaskets on their website.While yes the gasket I received did come from the same manufacturer as what a genuine Toyota gasket would, this is not what was advertised and had it of been known I would received this gasket instead I would of saved my money and bought from my local shop and saved $80.The service from this business was great from their dispatch team however I am unhappy with the experience due to the false advertisement.See what I bought vs what I received.

Phil, Shane and the boys at Noordeman are at the top of there game!! There the only people I trust to work on my landcruiser!!. They go above and beyond there requirements!!.. highly recommend

On behalf of my dad who is also a busniess owner ........What a joke Noordeman Diesell still waiting for my car - since June 2022 ( 7 months )after they have stuffed it up - maybe you should just pay me out - my hire cost fees are adding up and they WILL BE BACK charged - car went for a full rebuild and i mean all the gear including pump , turbo etc as per QUOTE now it has a engine light on and have been waiting a further 4months on this to be repaired - no help form them or even a hire car on there behalf - no communication - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE really guys pick your game up ...............For a company thats a MTA member - NOT IMPRESSED ..I was advised when I took the car in for you to rebuild it will be 3 months at the most .............How about a phone call or email to keep me in the loop .....................................last conversation was a 2 and 1/2 weeks ago and I was advised it should only be another week - well i gave you 2 weeks out of common courtesy - and guess what you havent connected me since ( 2 1/2 weeks ) -

Highly recommended!Shane and his team at Noordeman offer fast, friendly and professional service.They have helped me source last minute parts a few times now and I’m great full for their help. Hard to come across someone who has as much in depth knowledge of 1H engines than Shane. I will definitely continue taking my land cruiser there for maintenance and servicing. Thanks guys!

Great service, quality workmanship, all work done on time and under budget, and communication from the service team was spot on. My car was cared for as if it was their own, and the care taken was second to none. Highly recommended.

Service from Noordeman Diesel was spot on and would recommend. Was able to have my parts to me in under 24 hours which I find amazing as it had to come to country Tasmania.

Phil, Jamie and the team were awesome. We're from QLD doing a lap of oz and its hard not knowing who to trust to do our services. These guys took photos of what issues we had and explained everything so we could see first hand what they were doing and what we were paying for. Phil also directed us on making a successful warrantly claim for shocks we had installed by another company prior to our trip.
