Fantastic little pub, great tab and excellent restaurant. Was a little unsure about ordering a $39 steak from past experiences elsewhere. But WOW!! The chef cooked my rare rib eye perfect!! Probably the best steak I've had in a bloody long time and that's from one chef to another. Well done chefo, very impressed. Thankyou

Good atmosphere. Great menu. I had the Chilli Prawns with linguine and it was delightful. Safe and sound kids outdoor play area, with seating nearby. Staff were happy to make menu changes to accommodate fussy kids.

Tavern has just recently undertaken a major renovation so we went to check it out. They are still working on the outside area but almost there. Food was huge and delicious. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Has a great vibe. Will definitely visit again.

First visit since the Reno's - booked a table for 6:30pm on a Friday. We arrived early, waited in line to order for 15 minutes to be told, there is 100 people in front of us, and a 1.5h wait. We didn't order, and left. I booked the table thinking it would probably be busy, but if you can't handle a full house and cover it quickly, more staff or an easier menu might be on the cards. We left with empty stomachs and super disappointed for our first experience" since the Reno's. I'll be hesitant to book for dinner again."

Great set up, lovely atmosphere and the food was delicious but unfortunately it was quite a long wait for our meal as there were only two people working in the kitchen and the bistro was quite busy. We will definitely go back but hope that they have more staff on during busy periods.

Great food. Had the pan fried snapper, cooked to perfection a nice touch with the slaw and no dirty chips to sully the oral cavity.

Great to have a trendy local place to eat with the family. Playground is very good to have! Food was yummy. Finishing touches will perfect the place incl better acoustics as mentioned previously by someone.All staff have been so friendly which is an essential part of an enjoyable meal/drink in my view. Frozen cocktail was lovely!

Came here with the fam on holidays. I ordered the Beach Boy pizza which was fantastic! The reno’s are also coming along nicely, should be great once complete.
