Les and his team did an amazing job in replacing my old Goodman reverse cycle unit with a 12.5 kW Samsung. They all toiled away up in the roof in temperatures exceeding 40 degrees. My house 8s far from modern being an old Subi house and all the challenges working on an old home. Highly recommended by me and my wife.

Without doubt the best team available. Completely transparent quoting, proper discussion and site check before coming up with the system options and no pushing towards bigger systems/fancier brands to inflate pricing.
