Chemist Warehouse St Kilda - Fitzroy Street

Consistently great service from the instore staff and pharmacist. The team are always willing to help and give advice, and are happy to go out of their way to make sure you find the information or product you need.I always used to think that a discount chemist would mean 'discount service', but that's absolutely not the case here.10/10! Highly recommended!

I've been blown away by the sincere and discreet customer care here,despite originally having very little faith in a franchise chemist. It's quite packed and bright,but they have a huge range and many options from cosmetics,toiletries,personal care, perfumes and a great variety of remedial items.the staff is attentive and genuinely helpful.today I had a great experience with finding an alternative to an out of stock script.thanks guys!

This used to be the Solly Lew Pharmacy and Chemist Warehouse used to be next door at 41 Fitzroy Street, St Kilda. This building looks smaller than the building at 41 Fitzroy Street but looks like they've managed to get it all in and so basically they carry the same range of product lines and for us at least, it's in a just as good if not better location. Great staff and very friendly service.

The pharmacist here is one of the most rude humans I have met! He yelled at me when trying to get my prescription filled when I was in agony. Don’t bother going here, there is a lovely private owned pharmacy up the road on the corner of Grey street with friendly staff!

Purchased some cold and flu medications this morning and they were in my hand within 30mins, amazing!! Such an easy process and super quick delivery at a time when I really needed it, thankyou!!

Excellent customer service by the staff and the pharmacist as well.However, I am bit upset that the staff at the store miss to remove the expired products from the shelf.I bought Aloe Vera and Lime juice a while ago, but on my way back to home I noticed that this bottle expired in May 2021.I feel that the store should take extreme care in noticing and removing expired products from the shelf. Otherwise, this might affect peoples' health.

I just visited this place 2 days ago..one of the staff tall girl became racial at me and my husband for being indian..she was stacking some meds on the shelves when I went to ask her something.. she moved away from me as if I had some disease..FYI I was wearing a mask and maintained my distance..it was very offending..plus when I asked her that I needed help with looking for a medicine..she kept rolling her eyes and said rudely you came to a pharmacy for medicine..so what ??" she was very RUDE and racial..me and my husband were very shocked yet stayed silent and walked away..I didn't want to talk back or create a scene..I felt sorry for her behaviorWhat kind of a pharmacy staff do you guys have ?? Very disappointed and hurted.."

Smaller than your regular Chemist warehouse but seam to have all my favourites all the same. And prescriptions desk too. Very helpful and friendly staff. Super clean too. No boxes or empty shelves. I gues it is because it was just opened recently but for now this is exceptional for Chemist Warehouse.

I'm in St Kilda for a holiday, needed my medication and was DREADING going in to Chemist Wearhouse for my prescription. All of my experiences of CW in my hometown have been horrendous. However, the pharmacist in this CW was so lovely, polite and respectful, it honestly made me want to pack up and move here just to get medication from that store every month. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

Have used this pharmacist since Solly ran it. I honestly expected things to go down hill, the whole franchise thing and all.Couldn't have been more wrong.Brilliant staff, huge range and lowest prices, my partner paid $26 more for the same script at a competitor!Hannah and Saul are more than pharmacists, they're medical practitioners.Can't speak highly enough
