Matthew is the most friendly and efficient chemist I have ever known and he only charges $5.80 for a concession PBS prescription, $1 less than the cost at other chemists. I can't rate this business highly enough!

I didn't get to enjoy the so praised good service. The pharmacy is meant to be open until 8 pm on a Tuesday. I've arrived a few minutes before 7.30 pm, the doors were closed, the lights were out, a sign 'Back in 5 mins' on the door. Have waited for about 17 mins now, about to leave - no sign of the pharmacy doing any more business this evening.

This Pharmacy has been price gouging on rapid tests and masks. They are currently charging $18 for a test that costs around $7 wholesale, which they’ve taken out of its original packaging, put into plastic bags and comes with no instructions.Incredibly poor conduct to profiteer and price gouge in a pandemic, and I strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. The owners should be ashamed for profiting of people’s desperation in unprecedented times.

Incredibly rude pharmacist. I’m a diabetic and kindly called to check for stock, he abruptly hung up on my face after barking thy he doesn’t have any in stock. completely lacks any empathy

Absolutely top class service, went in to fill some scripts, all pharmacies sold out of certain meds, so Matthew the pharmacist went to hospital and picked up my meds and hand delivered them to my home, as I have mobility issues currently. So kind and understanding, above and beyond service

Price gouging on Rapid Tests - Don't Support them.At a time when everyone is looking for ways to stay safe, there are some who only want to take advantage of other. Here, they have broken up large testing packs and are selling them for $24.95 each, a significant mark up and shows limited care for their customers.Chemist Warehouse are selling packs of 2 for $20.

Extremely expensive. An item I was after costs just under $7 at other chemists but is frequently out of stock so I tried this place.Was pleasantly surprised they had plenty of stock, but found out why they have so much stock - their price for a $7 item is $17! That is one hell of a mark up however you look at it.Would have given a solid one star for such outrageous prices were it not for the fact the guy at the counter was very pleasant and was interested to know what price I was paying elsewhere. Though there was no way I was going to pay such an exorbitant price.
