I showed up after work on a Friday, spoke with Sam about a new Triumph street triple. My mind was already made up and seeing the bike made the decision clear for myself that I had to order one in as the floor stock was sold. Sam told me that it would be delivered around December. Received a message on 7th September 2022 that my bike arrived. Picked it up yesterday morning and Sam ran me through everything starting from the rego all the way down to how to look after the bike during the break in period. Sam has been excellent and very easy to deal with and very informative. Fantastic service from Triumph balcatta team. Look forward to seeing you for the first service.

Recently dealt with Sam from Cullys Triumph (a new bike purchase), can't recommend Cullys enough and especially Sam, he in particular went above and beyond, tons of help & info and got the bike PDI'd exactly when I asked for, his no pressure" approach was exactly what I wanted (and is so rare these days). It's the second bike I've bought from Cullys and I'm sure there will be more ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (speak to Sam)"

Excellent experience all the way through. Sam Moorhead spent a lot of time going over everything I wanted to know and gave a great deal on my bike and accessories. Would highly recommend if you’re in the market.

The Triumph sales person at the Balcatta store is really unfriendly. He makes you feel like he is doing you a favour to purchase a new motorcycle from him. My wife urged me not to deal with him because of his brash and abrasive attitude that portrays untrustworthy. For an Englishman he is not thorough, deliberately unclear and deceptive, tough to get info from as if he is too busy or lacks knowledge about the product. What does he actually do all day - he could better himself.Over three visits we have not had good experiences. I should rather call Triumph Australia to put me in front of someone incredible at customer service and their job. I do not need to be sold to because I want to purchase this Triumph motorcycle. This individual is clearly too good for that place, so good that he should no longer work for Triumph.Triumph has a great and elegant reputation because of the product, however the representation from this individual at Triumph Balcatta bruises the brand. No one should have a bad experience for purchasing a brand new Triumph motorcycle. I personally need to feel like I have made a good purchase choice, however I doubt this could happen from this particular store. I treat people with decent courtesy by default. However I will not accept behaviourial issues from sales people when spending big money, and for the protection of the brand, Triumph Australia should not either.

If you are looking to buy a Triumph go and see Sam at Triumph Balcatta.Good customer service, excellent product knowledge and always willng to go the extra mile to help you out.

Turned up for appointment to test ride a couple of bikes and got completely ignored by an older gent pushing bikes around(he walked past me 3 times and didn't even look at me) I finally tracked down the saleperson to assist me. Polite enough, worked out a deal for me, just had to track down a 2020 compliance bike. I told him I'll buy it at the price I was offered just let me know delivery time...never heard back so bought a more expensive bike from another dealer! I'd be sacked for that!!

Been meaning to post this a while ago. Bought a Rocket 3 R from Sam. The store and Sam have a refeshing no bull and no pressure approach. I've also had great experiences every time at the service department (thanks to Peter and the team). Thanks Sam!
