I had done a lot of research into removal of possums before I got in touch with Russ. I wanted the possum gone from her living quarters (under my bedroom floor - gnawing the bearers) without harming her. Russ had the perfect solution. He spent time making sure she wasn't actually in residence at the time he visited and thoroughly made sure she couldn't return. Our follow up communication was terrific. Thank you Russ. Will most definitely be recommending your services to anyone I hear of in need.

A written quote was refused to be provided to me when I asked for one even after the guy came to my house to assess the job. The website only includes a first name and mobile phone number, no business address or ABN that I could find. The guy said it was to keep overheads down and therefore price. Since i still don't know what the price really included I will never know if that was correct. I chose to reduce my risk by not dealing with him at all.

Very helpful over the phone. Didn't try to upsell me just honest advice. I had already cut material to block the possum out and Mr Possum just gave advice on how to get the thing out of the roof.

Fantastic service and a great guy! We had He'd had patched holes in the new roof, hired a possum trap to put in the ceiling, all to no avail. Finally we called the expert, Mr Possum. Russ was a lovely family man, who finally solved our problem with his knowledge and hard work. Not only did he get the job done, he charged hundreds less $ than a well known competitor's quote. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thanks Russ!
