Been going to the 6am Boxing for Fitness classes for around 9 months now, and love this place. The facilities are really good, and the classes they offer are excellent value, but it's the staff that really set them apart; they are excellent., Hit them up if you're looking to get in shape or are on the way back from injury, you will literally have No Regrets. (Who doesn't love a Dad joke?)

Top Notch! Been at NRT for about 6 months now and cannot speak more highly of the guys! The training is next level and the trainers are all approachable and totally genuine. Comfortable, family friendly environment (not a knockle-head gym) yet they put you through your paces! Highly recommend giving the guys a crack whether new or experienced.

Started going about 12 months ago. I'd never done any sort of boxing or martial arts before and was worried it would be an intimidating environment - couldn't have been more wrong. All the trainers a really friendly and you can build up your fitness and continue to challenge yourself at your own pace. If you are thinking about it I'd highly recommend you try a class (you just need a towel and a water bottle to get going) .

NRT is filled with the most dedicated people that I have seen in any gym. The trainers focus on improving everyone individually and solidifying the family values it promotes. Couldn’t thank the coaches/trainers enough for their endless commitment.
