My experience with Catherine Henry Lawyers was a very positive one. I was quite reluctant at first, however Tahnee and her team made the whole experience tension-free, simple and easily understandable. They were very responsive, empathetic, professional, skilled and knowledgeable.

Kia ora, my experience with CHL was positive and the outcome to my Medical Negligence case was favourable. Despite having quite a few Solicitors following up on my case over the four year period the staff were most accomdating, professional and well time managed with updates for me. I returned home to NZ 2017 and I struggled emotionally during this very difficult time of my life however I found staff empathetic and understanding as communique continued between the two countries continued. I had to return to Sydney for mediation and the case was resolved out of court. The legal fee's were high but thats what you pay for a quality service. They have asked me to provide a review of my experience so here I am!. Approached this firm in relation to helping me have my bodgy plastic surgery rectified. The surgery affected me personally as well as financially and I trusted the team at CHL to provide me with a reasonable outcome to this nightmare and after my initial contact with them it seemed very promising. Unfortunately, they are now taking me to court in an attempt to recover a few thousand dollars for a specialist appointment they wanted me to attend despite already handing them $500 cash for so called medical records. This place is an absolute joke. These reviews should be taken seriously..if your needing real help please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!!

Was provided inaccurate legal advice by Catherine Henry Lawyers. After spending almost $20k on legal fees and changing to another top firm in Sydney, I realised how poor the information they had provided me actually was. When I wrote to the Catherine Henry to make a complaint she could not be bothered to contact me personally to discuss the matter.A note on your response below...The service provided was not excellent nor was it professional. I made a complaint to the owner of your business - Catherine Henry - and she refused to make time to speak with me.You'll see that your business has many other Google reviews that are very similar to mine and given your Google rating is 3.5 I'd say you have much work to do on the customer service front. All the best with sorting those issues out.
