one of the must visit places in Adelaide. Historical and natural gardens. storybook trail for kids, has got cafe and lots of beautiful landscapes to walk around. lots of parking space are available, perfect venue for wedding and photoshoot as well. We spent 3-4 hours and enjoyed the time being here.

A good place for a picnic. Plenty of parking available. The cafe was closed when we visited for a private event. A good place for a walk and scenic views of adelaide in the distance. If you are looking to visit a mansion it is $17 for an adult. Kids under the age of 15 can visit for free.

I recently visited Carrick Hill and it was such a delightful experience. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the house itself is stunning. It was so interesting to learn about the history of the property and the family who lived there. The staff were also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The highlight for me, though, was the sense of relaxation I felt while wandering around the gardens. It's such a peaceful and serene place, with plenty of spots to sit and take in the views. I particularly enjoyed the rose garden, which was in full bloom when I visited.Overall, Carrick Hill is definitely worth a visit. It's a nice place to spend a few hours or a whole day, depending on how much time you have. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - something that's hard to come by in today's busy world. Highly recommended!

Exquisite residence with associated history. Presentation and access is well handled. Staff are lovely and a guided tour is available. Well worth a visit and This is quite reasonable.

A beautiful spot to come visit on a sunny day. Spent two hours here with my 3yr old and 1yr old. We went on the story book trail which my oldest loved (but the trail isn't very pram friendly but I did manage to push the pram up, down hills and stairs). Then we rested and had a wonderful picnic on one of the many lawns. Both kids had a great time exploring and enjoying the gardens. Then to finish it off we had baby cinos at the cafe.

So much character! We visited Carrick Hill, and there was plenty of car parking. The garden was beautifully maintained with lots of interesting places. You need to buy tickets when you enter the house. The house has two floors, and you can access the attic via an elevator. There is plenty to take in, so make sure you are not pressed for time. The entire place appeared to be wheelchair friendly.

A great place for a picnic or spend the day. There’s a cafe onsite that is a little pricey. Busy during weekends. While the garden is freely accessible, it costs $17 for an adult to visit inside the mansion. A huge land area that’s very well maintained. Lots of routes and paths for one to walk through and obs nature.

I'm a wedding photographer and let me tell you, it's a stunning place! With its rich history and beautiful architecture inside and out, if vintage and classic vibe are your thing like me, then you'll definitely dig this place! From lush gardens to old-school fountains and small corners full of charm, there's no shortage of cool spots! The team are super friendly and accommodating too!I'm 100% confident to say that Carrick Hill is a pretty solid choice for any soon to be married couple looking for a unique, historic spot to 'Say yes' :)

What an amazing place to visit in Adelaide. You can walk around the scenic views. Most of the people come here for private events and picnics. Free onsite parking and cafe too. I’m not recommending the cafe due to high prices and poor hospitality.
