Hi Guys,Studied the Cert II Electro course recently at ASG. All staff really helpful and learnt heaps from the course. Trainers did well considering each student had different backgrounds and levels of experience. Good combo of classroom and practical work.

This was a great place to study. The trainers keep you interested and crack some funny jokes! I did the cert II Electro and the trainers made sure I could understand and never got left behind. I highly recommend these guys.

Carpentry course is bad. All theory hardly and rarely do you actually get hands on unless the boss needs cheap labour to fix or build something for the warehouse. If it’s just a certificate 3 that you’re after do the course but if you actually want to learn the trade and become a carpenter then this is the wrong place to go.

Peter the electrical teacher was just a legit bully. Some people liked him but 50% of the class hated him with a passion. Would constantly make certain people feel terrible about themselfs. He will probs sit there and go “they were just difficult to teach” but even the nicest of people were bullied by him. You could really see the affect it had on some people as well. Other than him everyone else is good and the course is a nice short 5 week course.

Highly recommend, would argue it’s better than TAFE. Did a Certificate II in Electrotechnology learnt a lot of things. Peter the trainer was amazing, straight foreword, easy to understand and didn’t waste any time. If help was needed he would take his time and help you. Which is hard to find at other training facilities. He will also teach you up to date aspects of the industry so you’re ready to go as you finish the course. Turn around time is great only doing 5 weeks but once you’ve done the first day it’ll go very quick. The facility is great clean and tidy with covered lunch area, kitchen and cold water. This course has made me confident and excited going into the electrotechnology industry, can’t wait to see what the future holds.

Just finished the Cert II in Electrotechnology course and would recommend this training organisation to anyone.The admin staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made it so easy to register for the course.I was impressed with the patience and understanding of the trainers in the time they spent with people that required more assistance to get through. If I was in their shoes I would have flipped out, but they were absolutely professional in their teaching methods every step of the way, even devoting their own time after hours to help students succeed.These guys care about their students, and if you are willing to learn they will get you to where you want to be.Mind blown! Well done ASG, a great experience and I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need.

The cert 2 in Electrotechnology was a very good experience. Conan was an excellent trainer who shared a wealth of industry knowledge that will prove invaluable in the future.

The study environment is relaxed and comfort. Office girl Jessie is helpful and considerate. Teacher Conan is the best teacher I ever had in vocational education institutions. Totally, I had a fantastic experience in ASG. highly recommended.

Currently studying cert 2 electrotechnology at Australian Skills Group in Brendale, Brisbane. I am loving the course and can’t wait to start an apprenticeship in the electrical industry. The teachers and staff are all friendly and professional.I highly recommend
