Not bulk billing... So they charge you $60 for your first appointment even though you're a disability pensioner, then they will bulk bill, however this is only for people they pick and choose because my partners first appointment she never had to pay for. The lady on the phone was really rude. Will just go to Echuca.They rude lady on the phone explained the fee as a way of trying to stop people going to their clinic who are poor and don't have money, hence the $60 fee for a bulk billing Dr.
