Today I visited Robina Town Centre for a spot of shopping. I wasn’t shopping for anything in particular until I came across InTouch Massage Chairs.I met the loveliest sale assistant Mandah who was very helpful and knew her products well.I discussed with Mandah how my husband plays cricket all year round and complains of aches and pains. Mandah took me through my options and what is best value for me at the time. As much as I would of loved a massage chair I had to go with the Shiatsu Neck & Body Massager.I am so happy with my purchase and cannot thank Mandah enough for being patient and explaining everything I needed to know.

I couldn't imagine life without my in Touch Massage chair" I bought 18 months ago.After a long day's work my feet and lower back are very sore and I can't wait to relax in the massage chair. It saved me a lot of money I would otherwise spend on massages.The knowledge of the sales team in Robina is excellent and so helpful explaining all the settings/how to use them.Thank you so much Hope

These chairs cost about 200$ from China, then sold in Australia for 7k. Absolute joke, there are better ways to spend your money

My wife and I recently purchased a chair from Hope in the Robina store. As someone who has personally worked in sales for 10 years I was extremely impressed with her service, product knowledge and demeanour. We had actually gone out to do Christmas shopping for our family but she did such a great job we ended up buying ourselves a present instead! Thanks Hope! I have owned my massage chair for almost 5 years now. It is always a hit when visitors come over, especially my father! Sometimes, I think he visits just so he can use the chair. When I first bought the chair, I lived at my parent's house (where dad frequented my chair). I have since moved out and taken the chair with me, much to my father's disappointment (about losing the chair, not me lol). The chair is heavy to move, but with a couple of strong people, we managed the move. It is on wheels at the back so you can tilt it to move it around.I get a lot of tight muscles in my back, neck and shoulders. Regular use of the chair helps ease the tightness and reduces my knots. It has a stretch setting and a night setting which my partner and I regularly use before bed time, as they are quite relaxing. I sometimes use the head attachment piece to help ease strong headaches. This piece is apparently good for those whom suffer migraines; I thankfully don't get those. I do enjoy putting the piece around my head as it also sits on the neck and helps reduce tension that has built up.I absolutely love my massage chair. It has been an invaluable investment. Sometimes in Winter, I will use the chair just to get warm, as it has a heating function!!If you love all over massages or even specific areas, these chairs are the best and are sold at a very reasonable price.Do yourself a favour and see Hope at the inTouch kiosk at Robina Town Centre.

Excellent chairs, especially the deep tissue massage one, which we tested out yesterday at Robina Mall. Emma, the sales staff person, was very personable and professional. I could tell she knew a lot about the product and shared detailed information about each chair which was much appreciated. My wife and I have decided to purchase one at the first opportunity. They seem to be well made and worth the investment for the feeling of well-being and extreme relaxation after the massage experience.

Today we purchased an inTouch Massage chair at Robina and we were very impressed with the professional service we received by our salesperson, Hope. She took the time to demonstrate all the features of the chair and paid particular attention how the chair can help with our particular problems with sciatica and carpel tunnel. We recently stopped and bought the massage gun from Manda who was really helpful with showing us the right products for our needs and allowed us to try them so we could decide.We have seen manda for other health things over the years and have come to really trust her guidance and were very happy to run into her at Robina.The gun is awesome for my shoulder pain and helping my husband with his scatica - what manda initially recommended it for. We love it and would definitely recommend one.

We bought an inTouch Shiatsu Neck & Body Massager. It is totally amazing. So amazing in fact that we bought another one for a friend. The staff are super friendly and helpful with no pressure. Can’t recommend highly enough!

From the moment I sat in the massage chair at Robeena, I was convinced we needed one. It has been the best piece of furniture we have ever invested in. We use it at least once a day each and love love love it. It is fabulous to relax in after work. I am so pleased we bought it. The whole family uses it and it is just as good as the day it arrived.
