Popped in for an infill, I’ve been coming for about 6 months now. Always great friendly service and a fantastic job, thank you Amy!.There are also beautiful, healthy plants for sale and all the money goes to charities in Aus & Vietnam, well worth supporting.

This salon has a gorgeous feel on the inside filled with plants and little trinkets. Staff were really friendly and efficient. I was happy with the end result of my nails and so were my friends. I took two stars off because they upsold me without telling me first. Next time I would be careful and double check what they are putting on my nails and the final price. Overall happy but left feeling irritated that the owner wouldn’t meet me half way when they were in the wrong.

I had the worst experience ever in this place! I went there for infills and oh my gosh, got out of there with my nails looking like a 5 years old kid was playing with clay and just stuck it in my finger nails. I did told the lady that my nails didn't even had the same size and shape, she was so rude and mean telling me to wait that I don't understand that she's not done yet and she will fix it, well, she did not fix it and my nails were some of them rounded and some of them oval! When I told her that, she said I'm taking her time and she has other costumers, well, how about you hire some stuff in your business so you don't h ave to rush and do a terrible job. No wonder why the prices are so cheap compare to other nail places and on top of that they give a rewards card, the only way they can get some people to come in I guess...

I really enjoy my time at TT Pronails. I felt so relax after a long day from work. The service, the relaxing music and the friendliness of the staff. They've a done very good job and I'm totally recommended this salon. Thank you team

I phoned ahead to ensure they could fit me in as it was just before lunchtime and I wasn't sure if I had to book. The lady (Amy) said they were busy, but that if I'd like to come along in 30 minutes that would be great. I rocked up and sat down being greeted by both Amy and the friendly gentleman, they let me know it would be another 5 to 10 minutes and asked if that was OK. It was. I ended up chatting with the other 3 ladies in store and it was really good atmosphere.The others all finished, their nails looked fabulous so I was up next. Amy asked which shape, colour everything I'd like and away she went. We chatted the whole time .I was very happy with my nails and ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and my arms, all done very quickly and without any fuss!I've had several compliments on how good both my nails and eyebrows look already!Very happy Thank you!

Shellac peeled off of several nails after one week.I called to ask if I could come in to fix. Was rude on the phone and hung up on meI then went into the store, lady who I presume is the owner raised her voice until she was shouting at me blaming me for the nails peeling off. Stating it was because I wash my hands. It was an unusual colour I picked so I asked if it could be old etc, she put the blame back on me. (I’ve had shellac for nearly 10 years and never had this happen)I asked her not to yell at me, so she made out that she was going to cry.Handed me off to another worker to fix only the nails that had already peeled off, not checking that the rest were going to last or notI said I didn’t want to replace just a few when the rest were starting to peel and I showed her.She just got continuously more and more annoyed.I sat there feeling uncomfortable while the other worker redid my set in a totally different colour even though owner stated I could only have exact same colour.Absolutely terrible customer service for a small business.

I’m not usually one to write a bad review especially for small businesses, however, my experience with this place was mostly unpleasant.I went in on Thursday night for a shellac pedicure, I went in around 6:30 as I knew they closed at 8:30, it was fine until the lady doing my nails asked me to “check them”. I told her that my second toe nail looked a tad grown out because she didn’t paint the entire nail and asked if she could potentially fix it.She began to explain to me that they paint it this way because it “looks better” but I asked if she could fix it as it looked odd as the rest of them were fine.Again, I asked her to fix that ONE toe, I was otherwise happy with the rest of her work. It was roughly about 7:30 at this time and I was the only customer in the store at this point.After a small back and forth (nothing aggressive whatsoever), she sighed in frustration, picked up her nail drill and started removing the polish from every single nail. I tried telling her not to as the rest of them were perfectly fine but she insisted and was quite rudely making comments like “oh no honey it’s not nice, I’ll remove them”which was not the problem at all.She removed them and began my nails again, this time she rushed her work. There was nail polish all over my nail beds and cuticles. I was too scared to say anything as I had criticism for one nail and it was taken to the extreme.I paid and left after having been there for two hours but once I got home I noticed the sloppy work that had been done. There was nail polish everywhere.Last night I went to put my shoes on and found that my shellac had chipped. I had done my pedicure TWO DAYS prior and it was already chipping. I work in retail so I’m obviously not doing anything outrageous that would’ve caused it to chip.I am deeply disappointed in this experience and I wish I had taken my money elsewhere as I’ll have to pay for a new pedicure and removal now.[Photo 1- the nail I initially had a problem with, took a photo to send to my boyfriend to ask his opinion (he agreed)][Photos 2 and 3- when I had gotten home I saw the poor application and this is what it looked like][Photo 4- the chipped shellac from last night, only TWO DAYS after getting the pedicure done]**EDIT: the only photo that was taken at the salon was the first one, the others were taken at home. I walked in KNOWING I wanted to get white shellac and told them that the moment I sat down, I never looked at any other colours so for the shop owner to say that I was deciding on a colour is an absolute joke because that is NOT the case, I took ONE photo to show my boyfriend and I was checking watching the process, excuse me for wanting to know what was happening. I was also wearing sneakers which aren’t “tight tipped” and got shellac done on my nails, not gel. I’m not sure if that was a conversation that was had with another customer or not but I was practically ignored after asking for them to be redone. Nothing was said to me.I’m very disappointed in the reply I received as I had no malicious intent. I just wanted to share my experience. And I was never told that you would fix it for free, after a standoffish attitude by the lady doing my nails , I decided I’d rather not experience this attitude if I wanted to get my nails done in the future. I’m extremely disappointed and deeply saddened by the way in which this business has decided to approach criticism and commentary on their work.

I’m always nervous when I try new nail places, but I’m glad I tried this one. They were so quick without compromising quality, good prices, and friendly service. 40 minutes for an acrylic infill. They also give you a card for $5 off every third visit which is a nice touch. I’ll be back!

I just had my nails done here for the first time (SNS) and I absolutely love them!!Such great service, super friendly and it didn’t feel like I was being rushed like in most other nail salons.I’ll definitely be going back for my next set!
