Superb! Not often you can go in somewhere and pick up spares for your forty year-old bike, as well as a new one, and at very reasonable prices.Even better when you realise the background these guys have. E-mail to confirm they have stock of the item before purchasing they, as many other online stores are these days, trying to increase their stock listings by listing what they can* order via their wholesaler and then arranging post sale.It's fine to do so but please annotate it before check out and not only in the terms and conditions. Stock limiting features are active on your site and is a standard feature with all online shopping carts. Including the free Opencart.I gave you 3 stars as you did contact me within 24hrs of the nil stock result. We shall see how quick the refund is...

I ordered my item 6 days ago express post and it still hasn’t been sent? Why do you list and sell items that you don’t have in stock? It’s deceiving your customers. When is my item going to be sent? Am I going to get a refund for the express post I paid as there is nothing express about this option.

When time is critical save yourself the hassle and go to ebay. Website has no information on the stock status of the item you purchase so when it is out of stock you are stuck waiting two weeks even with express shipping. They did promptly cancel my order and refund when I rang.

Bought A Merlin shirt on eBay and got the sises wrong so I rang them up and they could not have been more helpful they had a larger sises for me to exchange..... it took me nearly 2 months to get up of my butt to get there :) and still no complaint's from them and in the end they rang up and nicely said hey come and get it.Honest down to earth people that deserve your consideration and if you have a problem I'd say give them a ring and be polite especially if you made a mistake.
