Great new store and very spacious.Staff are friendly but have zero product knowledge. You're better off doing your research online and knowing what you want to buy because the people on the showroom weren't able to answer questions about strollers or recliners.The staff over at Castle Towers are much more seasoned and know their products better.

After visiting the new Hornsby store several times now all staff members have been very pleasantly approachable, With a friendly greeting every time I enter the store.With a wide range of products to select from at great prices. I have for this store to be amazingly spacious so that my pram glides around the whole store with ease.The staff are quite knowledgeable about the products for such a new store and the team works as a team and supports each other thrive with knowledge and assisting me with my purchases, I don't know who loves visiting this store more my partner or me.

First good stuffs , but looks one of the manager not really help customers .Make sure if you purchase part of product to hold it for you and later when you back to finalise payment, they charge you base of new price. For me ,I informs manger to reduce price as she didn’t check new price .More other things happened to me and I try go fare away from Hornsby branch and buy from castle hills!Not good!

Was exciting to go shopping for a gift and the sale at the Hornsby store attracted me. I took my items to the checkout and was told that the price on shelf was incorrect. I had to show two diff staff members the price advertised and eventually they called the manager. Wow such a rude lady, angry face acted as if I was at fault and screamed I am giving you the advertised price. Then continued discussing with staff member to take down the prices in front of customers and my 5 yo granddaughter. They were taking photos of shelf and items kept me waiting. At the end the manager said have a nice day in a sarcastic way. Won’t be shopping there again and will tell this bad experience to all I know. Make sure they look at receipts.

Worst customer service. Either the staff don't know what they are doing on the computers or their system is really bad and slow. Had to exchange a product that had a tear in it. Took 5 minutes to find it despite knowing my phone number and the order number. Then charged me extra for the replacement. One of many issues I have had with the store. My wife loves the products, but I dread having to go in there every time

Quite unpleasant experience. Initially the first staff thought me wouldn't buy instantly so not much service provided. Not much assist provided for finding the right product. Found the second staff who was okay, but always making sure you buy today in the first place. Questions were answered in a real fast fashion. We ended up purchasing from the store upon our own reserches. Not happy with the service provided. Will try to avoid this store next time.

Great new store. I usually visit the Chatswood store but the pram I wanted was only in stock in Hornsby. The store is very new, clean and aisles are wide. There are benches in the pram section where people (partners, family members) can sit and relax while others are shopping. The staff were really patient, friendly and helpful.

I went to Baby Bunting Hornsby for a car seat re-instalment. Sam was fantastic! He was extremely efficient, professional and down to earth. I could not recommend Sam and the team at Baby Bunting Hornsby more for there car fitting service.

Gave birth and urgently needed a pump. I was still in hospital so sent partner to pick up a very specific pump recommended by midwives. Baby bunting talked him into a more expensive version which was listed as $80 more expensive than other baby stores. My partner was not aware they could do price matching and they didn't mention this to him. Went back today, 4 days after birth, and they refuse to price match. Bad customer service!
