Post Office hours on Saturday are 9am to 11am. However, the post office is shut. I am annoyed because this is the only time during the week I can get to the post office to collect mail and packages.

went into post office to get passport done and women were so rude, service was terrible felt as though you were wasting there time, horrible experience.

Customer service was beyond horrible, requested so many points of ID and was made to feel like I was stealing a package which clearly had my name and details on it. Twice was left with a notice saying our package was there and both times they said it was a mistake.

Staff are so so rude. Worst australia post outlet I have ever been too. The old lady sighed and shook her head and made it like it such a big deal to get a parcel from the back.She literally interrogated me before handing it over. Not the first time this happened either. My partner went through the same thing and was made to feel like a criminal.

Terrible service. Lady at the counter didn't want to do my identity check and told me to wait until everyone was served before she would come back to me. Went to another post office and was done within 5 minutes.
