Horrible place with no customer service waited more then half hour after i asked the lady at the front desk about wanting some fish their was a dead fish as well in one of the tanks at the pet store i told them and they did nothing about it and she said someone will be with you soon she was very rude unprofessional and was laughing at me with a pink haired woman they did not look professional at all hopeless and would not be able to run a hotdog stand let alone a pet shop what a disgrace never been treated with such disrespect ever

DONT BOOK CANT KERP THERE OWN SCHEDULE. Very unprofessional booked appointment for next day at 8.30am get nothing but email saying it's been cancelled just before store closer. They thought it was an old booking so we're not going to call till I called to ask what happened. MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE and un sympathetic for therr mistake with online booking system

Highly recommend any one looking for fish to only buy from this store. I have never seen a dead fish or a sick fish. All the fish I have bought form here ae always healthy and never bring white spot to my tanks.

Not helpful at all, only interested in selling the dearest set of pet groomers they had there. Really rude and not helpful at all. Don’t recommend this store at all.

Can't thank the lovely ladies at Petstock Tamworth enough. They were super helpful when my axilotol was unwell and really went out of their way to support me. Great service, great staff and awesome products store wide. I won't use a different pet store, these ladies are the very best.
