Josh joined our Master Plan Committee at Lorne P-12 College and has brought a level of expertise to our team that would be the envy of other schools. He has consulted with us and prepared plans for diverse spaces including a library designed to be inclusive of children with diverse learning needs; a significant redesign of our reception area; and breathing new life into outdoor spaces that have had a dramatic impact on the street view of our complex school site. At all times, Josh has been highly professional and extremely personable. He balances his strong aesthetic with a deep understanding of how people will move through, and work in, complex spaces. I've worked on a number of complex building projects in education settings and can highly recommend Josh for any project you may be considering.

Josh crossbie architects handled our knock down rebuild design, in a tight inner west Melbourne location that had many logistical challenges. The house design was perfect for the difficult location and Josh Crosbie really listened to what we wanted as clients for our new family home . We have a stunning design with beautiful recycled timber used, that we constantly get compliments on when people come to our home. Josh creates the most well-thought out designs with a real individuality to each project. We had some basic plans, but after a quick site visit and discussion with Josh, it was clear his knowledge and experience were what we needed!He is superior with all planning aspects (which can be very problematic without the right guidance/knowledge) and is a fantastic person to work with. I must say he settled a number of arguments between my wife and I quite easily!And above all - he is fantastic to work with, we really enjoyed designing our house with him and will do it again into the future.

Josh designed our home on an extremely difficult block in Lorne. I love how his designs blend in with the surroundings, he makes the most of the northern sun, and every window has a purpose.I have not come from a building background therefore it’s difficult for me to imagine and compare the plans to the reality of the build. With josh’s hand drawing skills he was able to sketch up a 3D concept for me, which gave me a much better perspective.Thanks josh!
