It says on Google, that they are open from 5:30am. I understand that sometimes you can run behind time with opening, but on multiple occasions now, they haven't even been open at 5:50.I don't like complaining, especially over small inconveniences like this, but it's happened too many times now.Other than that, the workers are quite lovely and the food quality is usually pretty good.

Ordered on line to pick up at drive thru only to find drive thru closed upon arrival. Then 20 minute wait inside with many others at counter for one small breakfast order.

Food is great I'll give them that but never again am I ordering the Carolina ripa burgers again, as I was expecting heat but there was absolutely no heat in the burger at all it literally only tasted sweet and it was a complete waste of money I get they may not have been able to make it too hot but kfc's hot ñ spicy chicken is hotter then the Carolina riparian burger it was a complete let down

Got a family meal for dinner tonight. And what is this hungry jacks? That's barely a large amount of chips let alone a so called share packs" not even enough for my 3 kids to share and have enough.This is literally the first review I've ever left for anything and I'm doing it now because I am THAT annoyed.Be better. Go back to the individual packets of chips in the family meal."

Forgot to put sauces in the bag, ordered extra sauce on my burger and it was no where to be seen so had to back and get them and added sauce. And this is a large" chips. I just want what I paid for and for the staff to stop acting like it comes out of their pay check."

Huge wait for a cold but crunchy hash brown and a sausage and egg muffin that tasted 3 days old. Sausage patty was 0.5mm thick dry and tasted off. It's been about 4 years since I've had HJ and it will probably be another 14 before I brave that again.

The worst drive thru facility ever. I am sure they have one person running all areas though the staff are pleasant but clearly understaffed. The drive thru wait is horrendous even for 1 cup of coffee and then if you are lucky enough you get to wait beside foul smelling industrial bins.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20mins, only to have half of my order missing. Had to park and go inside to have this fixed and even then I was still missing an item and the meals were slapped together and cold.

Ordered in drive through & got handed a bag of not the right stuff. Had to go round the block & go inside to have order rectified. Drive through staff was rude as! You get 1 star for the lovely girl on the till taking orders. You need to retrain your staff! A smile cost nothing.
