Overall great experience. First phone call, the lady was very short but not rude. Second phone call given directions to follow, easy no issues. However we needed adjustments made promptly so made a third call 24hrs later. We received Hayden, very polite and completed adjustments within an hour of the phone. Greatly appreciated.If it wasn’t my first time buying insurance for an event I wouldn’t have need to make as many calls.
