Like the last reviewer there are many better options out there and far more competitive rates. We used them to help set up a company but had to drive them to ensure documents were done. We ended up moving to another accountant and when we subsequently discovered a fundamental mistake with one document they never responded to our calls and emails.

People need to be aware that this company is charging way above what others are charging for exactly the same work. If you are looking for an accountant for a tax return I suggest looking elsewhere. Besides the cost there was very poor communication as well. Phone calls that were never returned, only to be emailed back 5 days later. My partner used them numerous times without any problems.. with a huge jump in fees a returning customer should be told
