We had the best experience getting our jabs today. Matt the Pharmacist was absolutely the coolest brilliant approachable guy and all the other ladies and gentlemen behind the counter were kind lovely funny efficient. The best of humans. Hate needles but it was all a breeze. We won't be going anywhere else from now on. Full on 5 star stellar country service

Friendly staff, excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly pharmacists.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are at least 8% if not more expensive then any other regular chemist. Even cheaper if you shop at The Good Price Pharmacy in Prince St Grafton where they're more discounted than blooms. I purchased a non-PBS medication from Blooms and it cost me $28.99 and I then got the exact same medication from The Good Price Pharmacy for only $26.55.The pharmacist Vicky doesn't know how to count properly and give the correct dosages. Totally incompetent and should seriously have her licence revoked.So if you prefer to pay over price for things. Then sure shop here but you can find cheaper just in the main street of Grafton. Or even Southside Pharmacy in South Grafton is way cheaper with more experienced pharmacist to suite your every needs.
