Parcel delivered in good order, only reason I gave 2 stars. However driver rang through 3 times trying to find address, even when on the right delivery road, refused to accept address was further along same road and was rude when saying we were not where he thought we were??? seriously poor experience, waste staff time on phone trying to make driver drive further on the road he was currently on??Where do you find these drivers. Better screening on who to employ is best advice I can give.

I purchased a very expensive SleepMaker Cocoon bed from Myer Sydney. The bed was delivered in late January 2023. Review delay due to both my sister and I being cancer patients. Two extremely rude, unprofessional delivery men appeared at my premises with a variety of beds. The men were flustered and confused about deliveries which made them agitated, angry, rude and unprofessional. One was ruder than the other.The delivery men eventually found my ensemble. They appeared dissatisfied with their job, lacked communication, customer service and professionalism. If you do not like your job, change it. Do not take your bad day out on customers.One of my neighbours heard how rudely I was spoken to. I was left traumatised.If you are purchasing bulky items do not purchase from Myer Sydney City. Do not use this Business.I do not expect to be treated so disrespectfully and rudely. I have never experienced anything like this from any delivery men.I called Capital Transport the same day of delivery and explained how I was treated. I was told I would receive a call back. I did not receive a call. No apology for unprofessional behaviour.Myer should not outsource their delivery to Capital Transport.

Do not work for this company. They offer little to no support and promise drivers with unrealistic expectations of pay.Once completing work, Capital had only sent 15% of the paycheck despite the return of the company owned equipment (PDA and radio). Once contact had been made by means of phone call the Fleet Department had promised that pay would be receieved and cleared within a 48 hour period, similar phone calls had been made on 4 seperate occasions. Clear emails had been sent to the cooperation regarding the issue although there had been no response. Although they still maintined the audacity to call up and ask when I will return to work despite not getting paid for previous work and explaination of situation regarding my vehicle needing repairs.Beyond disappointed with the staff of the company and their pushy and abrupt ways of dealing with employees. It is a scam and I highly advise anyone in need of work to turn the other direction as you will be screwed over by Capital transport. The recruitment team are pushy and will attempt to get you onboard as soon as possible with false promises of a minimum $375 a day incentive. Only focus is money and will not provide any support to their subcontractors.

To all the people saying dont work for this company, they are absolutely RIGHT they have ripped soo many drivers offwith lies that people are struggling , WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR !!! Its all lies on top of lies , there contracts are faulty as well !! AGAIN DONT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!! Never have answers management never answer phones , they promise daily which u dont get if your lucky you will get $200 for the whole day on 12 tonne truck!!! Pizza hut delivery driver gets more , all lies on top of lies!! with our calculations on there lies they owe us over $12k!!!!

THE WORST company I've dealt with. I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic mattress from Myer and Capital was given the delivery and pick up of the old mattress job.There is a height restriction where I live and despite being informed about this, Capital kept sending it in a big truck. After 3 failed attempts I finally got my mattress!Initially, the delivery guys refused to take the old one, but then called the office and confirmed the contract/agreement.Finally, while lifting the old mattress up they managed to leave a dark scrape mark on the ceiling that can not be washed off. By that stage, I was so fed up with the whole experience that I couldn't wait to see the back of them.I spoke to Myer about this, and hopefully, they can find a better company to work with.

I was given the time frame if 8am to 12pm and the driver didn’t turn up until 130pm. They didn’t contact me to see he’d be late, I had to call them to find out.

Zach and Jihad provided a great service delivering my Sealy bed (with the heavy base with drawers) purchased from Myer to my top floor apartment (4 flights) with a lot of care and no damage to either the bed or the unit.The guys even kept the protective bag, fitted it to my old mattress and helped me carry it to my garage for storage.

I am so pleased, the lawnmower was delivered by the nicest young man, who, when I said I'd have difficulty moving it to the backyard he waited for me to move the car and then conveyed it around the back where I can unbox it, he did this with a smile, I'm so glad this company hires such excellent staff.I might add that I did not expect such fast and efficient service.

I wasn't home and wife was at doctor's for kids when the delivery person Maria Abella showed up. She called me and then waited for me to make calls to see if anyone could collect. I couldn't arrange anything and it would otherwise have to go back to the depot quite some distance away. she made sure I was OK with her leaving it in the front common area when I asked her to (it's a standard practice but it was not a cheap item). Thinking better of it I asked her to take it down to the garage, put it in a bag, and lock it up - which she accommodated! And not without a single word of complaint, being ever patient and gracious. I was grateful and impressed. Thank you Maria!
