I barely ever leave reviews but when you pay 3.5k to replace some wheel bearings you don't expect to receive your car back with a buckled bonnet. I only noticed it once I'd washed the car a week or so later and mentioned it to the service centre who asked for photos and replied I have reached out to my manager and have concluded that given you recent visit occurred close to a month ago that there will be no repairs or assistance provided in relation to this concern." The damage is above the wheel that was worked on and I park in a garage or at work in my own space away from other cars.You pay a premium expecting premium service. How hard would it be to pull it out at the very least a sign of good faith to develop an ongoing relationship. I won't be returning."

The WORST MECHANICS in melbourne. Came to Audi with a minor camera fault. They charged me $1k for ONLY diagnosis. Pulled the camera apart, now there are more error codes than when I previously had. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MECHANICS IN MELBOURNE. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO SOME OTHER PLACE!!!

An absolutely disappointing experience with the service centre . Took my car in with an ongoing issue which I had told them about but they needed to diagnose which is fine . Once the issue was identified the communication was appalling. We had to continually follow up with them and they regularly gave different time lines for repair. One day short of 4 weeks is challenging at the best of times but having to question several times a week where we are at is terrible. Will not but an Audi again !!

An absolutely disappointing experience with Audi Service Centre (City). Made an appointment for completing 2nd Vehicle Key, and have been told they need 1 hour to do the job. When I came back to pick up the car after 1 hour, they told me that they were not able to complete the job due to the Audi Sever Portal is down, asked me to wait another 1-2 hours (not sure the server will be back online by the time) or come back another time. I have not been told about the “Server is Down” before or after I arrive the Service Centre, I should be notified earlier than later under that situation. I took leaves from my work, more than 3 hours wasted for nothing. The 2nd Vehicle Key should come with the new car, it was delayed for 6 months.

I found the team at West Melbourne incredible. It’s not only the service they provide, more the experience overall. The team are always welcoming and helpful. They have always been efficient, professional and prompt with their customers experience regardless how busy they are. I highly recommend Audi West Melbourne.

Called to get a replacement battery for my 2010 Q7, provided VIN and provided incorrect information for fitment requirements. Recommend getting second opinion prior to proceeding with services.

Get my Audi S3 serviced here, immediately after the last service had issues. Called them back 3 times, requested to speak to manager, but no call back. Absolutely no point getting a car service from the authorised dealer, if this is the level of service.Extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Very poor customer service. My Audi had a fault with electrics and got towed and dropped off at this centre. I was told 3 days straight that they will assess by tomorrow morning and I will be called. The only way I can find out what was not happening is by calling, then finally they responded on the 3rd day. Very poor service. I am getting the car towed to another dealer as this dealer has quoted $10,500 to fix a car that is under warranty and serviced as required. Apparently this is a common fault with VW and Audi's (Same company) with a sunroof, so its a design flaw. At no time was I shown or instructed or warned that a sunroof filter existed, let alone shown how to clean it. In fact it is not even part of Audi's service plan to clean this filter on every service. I am being helped by the other dealer and it will go under warranty as this is clearly a product fault. I'm sure this center will have a nice story about why I am a bad customer, but the facts are this dealer didn't help me and other one did. You make the call this is just a heads up.

Had many exceptional experiences with Brighton Audi [both sales and service departments] and cannot rate them high enough but dealing with the service department of the city branch has been less than ideal...The sales consultant team is doing a good job in both pre-owned department and ground floor but I would be hesitant to go to the service department.My car's exhaust fumes were entering the cabin but I was not provided with a replacement vehicle as all loan cars were out and no spares were allocated for emergency. After multiple days the issue was diagnosed incorrectly, wrong advice was provided once I picked up the car (against another Audi dealer's correct diagnosis) AND the cherry on the top was scratches to the metallic trim of the driver door handle and scuff marks on the RHS of rear bumper (maybe cars were parked too close to one another?)Took the car to Audi Mornington who had correctly identified the issue in the first place and got it fixed there.4 stars for showroom/sales and maybe 1 for service department!
